All Items at Immortal Entertainment are produced between 3-7 Business Days. After the production is complete. The product is shipped within 24-48 hours in the USA, Canada, and overseas. Shipping times vary pending on the location of the buyer in the USA and Canada and on average 2-4 weeks longer for overseas orders. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to input the correct address at the time of the order. We also do not work with the USPS and we are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur. Every order will be provided a tracking number for the buyer to track. International orders pending on location in some countries the tracking is only available upon its reaching your country. Afterward, the tracking stops.
